The historical documents in the appendices are also available but have been deemed hardly of interest to the public and therefore are not included in this online form. These historical documents are available on request but are found in other documents of the Free Church anyway.

Donald John Morrison:Donald John Morrison has an indefatigable "love for souls", viz., he incessantly walks the high streets and speaks in the open air, in halls and church buildings only stir up the people of God and reach out to the lost. Donald John is a missionary for the Lord in the Free Church continuing. He is based in Inverness but travels the length and breadth of the country only to win men to the Saviour. He is a wonderful Christian and loves oportunities to share the good news of the gospel of Jesus to the multitudes. Rooney and the football frenzie is weighed in the balances:A media frenzy … “hopes sank”… and at last as if with gasps of profundity it was declared that “a miracle of sorts” had been worked as Rooney arose to full fitness! For a few days, this was made to be the story of all stories, the news of all news and the issue towering above every issue in the world. 
Men are hungering, children are starving, and the multitudes rush in their madness into eternity without Jesus Christ as saviour, and the “news” is Rooney.  How horribly sad it all is.
